At Etat Libre d'Orange, we want you to be fully satisfied with your olfactory experience. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

Package Your Fragrance

Carefully place the unopened perfume bottle in its original box and use protective padding to ensure the glass remains intact during transit.

Ship the Return

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

Processing & Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in sellable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
